Notes:   Small  one shot base  off  Merlin rps with my friend Katie. SPN theme   to them.  Gwaine and Merlin are brothers and  hunters.  Mondren day, past Merthur.

Merlin  laid  on his back on his bed  in the bunker.  Merlin  has  been feeling    real done lately,  it was  Arthur's birthday  today. He  would been  27  today. Merlin feels  tear  roll  down his face  as he  quickly wipes it away.


Merlin leans down  grabbing his  Ipad  and  flips through old video  file. One was labled   Beach,France.   It was on Arthur's 23 rd  Birthday.  


Merlin  presses play and settles down  on his bed. Video starts to play opening up to the  beach.


There  he was  the love  his life, laying on his back on the  beach towel.   Merlin's laughter  can be heard  as the camra   draws  in close to the blonde   young man.  Seagul was resting on Arthur's stomach.


" Oh Look that prat  has made a friend" Merlin giggles as he  flims his  sleeping boyfriend. " What's  your  friend's name  honey?".


" Uh? What! Get off" Arthur  lets  out in  a  quick  huff.   He stumbles to his feet as the  seagull  peck at his  face.  As the blonde   man  panics  a bit  , his lover can be heard laughing.


" Its  not funny Merlinnn!!" Arthur huffs with his hands on his  hips as he pouts.


" Oh  yes it  is  Arthurrrrr" Merlin mocks.


" Shut up Merlin!!  " Arthur  huffs some more.


" Make me prat" Merlin laughs.


" Galdly! " Arthur smirks. He  runs  at Merlin who didnt have  time to get away.


"Ooff uhh Arthur! You stinking prat" Merlin moans  as they hit the sand. The  Camra laid down in Merlin's hand still. " Ohhh Arthur" Merlin moans. Sound  of kissing could  be heard.


" The camra  still on babe" Arthur says and   soon the screen  goes  fuzzy.


Tears  fill Merlin's  blue eyes as  the video ends. He didn't bother to wipe  the tears away.  


Gwaine walks into the bedroom. " Hey want pizza?" He asked and looks  at his brother raises  eye brow. " Uh Mer?.."  he wasnot sure if  he  should ask  or not.

"Yea.." Merlin rubs his eyes." Pizza  will be great  Gwaine".


" Okay kid" Gwaine  then turns as he walks  out of the room.


Merlin  looks down  at photo of Arthur  on his  phone.  He smiles as more tears fill his eyes. " Happy  Birthday   Prat, I love  you" he whispers.
